The Government of Sindh Home Department has notified that in exercise of the power conferred under Section 144 (6) Cr PC, imposed the ban on opening of Shops, Stalls, Patharas and any work of construction in the surrounding areas (outside the boundary of Ijtehmah Gah) etc. w.e.f 31-01-2019 to 03-02-2019. In Pursuance of Section 195 (i) (a) Cr. P.C, the SHO of concerned Police Station is authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr. P.C against the violators.
